Our Meeting Process: What to Expect
Our process typically involves three meetings designed to make things simple and clear for you. The first meeting is a welcome and information session. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and you’ll receive a welcome pack that lists all the required documentation needed for the next step. The second meeting focuses on paperwork. By this stage, we’ll go through all the necessary legal requirements to ensure everything is in order. Each meeting is structured to guide you through the process smoothly and efficiently.
Rehearsal of the Ceremony
Yes, there will be a rehearsal of the ceremony! Rehearsals are typically scheduled to ensure everyone involved is familiar with the flow of the event, their roles, and any key details. If you’re part of the ceremony, you’ll likely be notified about the date, time, and location for the rehearsal in advance. It’s a great opportunity to address any questions, ease pre-event nerves, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Do You Need All Original Copies of Documentation?
Yes, you need all original copies of documentation. These documents are often required for verification purposes, legal compliance, and to ensure the authenticity of the information provided. Photocopies or digital versions may not always be accepted, so it's important to keep your original documents safe, organised, and readily accessible whenever needed.

Booking and Payment Information
To secure your booking, a deposit of $100 is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the delivery of the service. In the case of a funeral, full payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the ceremony. Please ensure all payments are completed within the specified timeframes to avoid any cancellation to your booking.
Do You Travel Outside Your Advertised Area?
Yes! We are happy to travel to weddings and events outside our advertised area. Please note, for weddings located further than 50km from Woongarrah, NSW, a travel charge of $3 per kilometre will apply. This ensures we can continue to provide the high-quality service you deserve, no matter where your special day takes place.
